1.How can I place an order online?
  Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and color required then click "add to cart ",  if you still need something else , you can click "continue shopping" to choose other items, if you want to change the quantity, you can change it then click "Update quantity", then the total will be updated, when you finish to make order, you can click "Continue Checkout" , then you can write details and make payment according to the notes.

2.Are they all Free Shipping?

  If you are from the following Countries, and buy more than 15 items ,you can get free shipping cost. if not , it need 20usd for shipping cost, thanks

USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Philippines, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand.

if you are from other Country , you can  make order ,then we will contact you by mail, thanks.

3.How to make payment ?

  Customers can make payment on line directly with credit card or debit card. If customers don't have credit  cards available, or need to buy large sums of goods, you can make payment via Western Union. Paying via Western Union can save 5% fee. beucase Credit Card will charge service fee from us , thanks.

4.How to track my parcel online?

  The tracking number will be sent to you by email once the items have been shipped in 2 days. The shipping information of the items is traceable online. here is links for tracking :

5.When will my products be delivered?
  After your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking number via e-mail. You can track your parcel status in 2-3 days online with the tracking number we offer. Usually you can receive your parcel in 4-7 working days after we send.

  In our experience, it usually need some more days during busy season, like Christmas, New Year and other festivals.
6.What if my package is damaged?

  If the merchandise that you received is damaged, you have 48 hours from the receipt of your package to notify us. Please send us emailto discuss your damaged merchandise with a customer service representative.

7.Will I get an order confirmation?
We will send you an email to comfirm after you order is placed immediately.

8.What if I'm not in when you deliver?
  Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 18pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number directly to arrange re-delivery or collect our parcel personally.

9. Will you accept return?
  Returns & Exchanges are allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the wrong items sent by mistake. Items must be returned within 3 days upon the receipt. Please contact us first to receive our agreement before returns.

10. When will my Credit card be refunded?
Once you have sent us your return, we will refund your money in 2-3 days. It will be processed by CC bank about 1 month, you money will back to your CC in about one month.
